Rental conditions

• Reservations of beach umbrellas are to be arranged directly with the bathing establishments of your choice or recommended by us. The free beach is available nearby.

• At the end of the holiday the property must be returned free of any leftover food, rubbish and defrosting the fridge.

• There is no WI-FI in the holiday home.

• In case of impossibility or change of mind after paying the deposit, the full amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. By prior arrangement you may have the possibility to use the deposit paid within the same year.
